More About You Inc. Is a new and fast growing outpatient practice located in Wilmington, DE. Our practice is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of a variety of mental health conditions in children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time licensed counselor or therapist for psychotherapy.
This position offers the following: The opportunity to work in a warm, respectful, and friendly office environment where quality of service is top priority. **This is a 1099 contract paid Position**. We are currently offering a furnished office, full on-site reception, scheduling, benefits verification, billing, and claims filing. Marketing support provided with continued flow of internal and external referrals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Provider Qualifications
• At a minimum, Outpatient therapists will possess a Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, Social work or other human service field. The degree held must qualify for licensure as one of the following in the State of Delaware: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed
• Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist.
• Licensed Mental Health providers will be eligible to enroll and paneled with Delaware Medicaid;
• Therapist training and certifications will be documented and presented to DPBHS upon request.
• This includes documentation of reported degrees by accredited universities and certifications to deliver evidence based practices, etc.;
• Maintain professional boundaries and behavior, as specified by their professional Code of Ethics/Conduct, during interactions with all staff and clients;
• Possess a valid drivers’ license;
• Be properly insured to provide contracted services;
• Pass a criminal background check as required in the contract; and

Basic Minimum Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
