Our staff will work to accommodate you as much as possible when booking your appointment. Please let us know in advance if you cannot make your appointment, so that we may offer it to someone else. Booking an Appointment
- Call (302)660-8899 to schedule an appointment.
- We do not accommodate walk-in patients.
- Our staff will do their best to get you seen as soon as possible based on availability.
Late Arrivals
- Please call ahead of time if you are running late. Keep in mind if you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment time you may be asked to reschedule, if the staff cannot accommodate your late arrival.
- Patients who arrive on time will be seen ahead of those who arrive late.
Policy on Late Cancellations and No Shows
- Please provide us with at least a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged.
- 1st Late Cancellation or No Show will result in a fee. Fees include : Late Cancellations $35.00 and No Shows $50.00
- 2nd No Show will result in a fee and a discharge letter will be sent to you.
